Score My Team tracks progress on a variety of scoring modules of your choosing, such as real-time ticketing, time entry accuracy, and completing unfinished configurations. Progress against these goals is then displayed as a scorecard for each employee and in the Score My Team dashboard.
Technicians’ scores can then be ranked against each other, previous months, or compared against other MSPs.
